At the London Ethical Cleaning Company, we believe in making a tangible difference in the lives of our employees. With many years of experience in the cleaning industry, we have seen firsthand the poor practices and exploitation that are common in this field. That's why we have reworked the traditional business model and placed a focus on compassion and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.

We also pay all of our staff members more than the London Living Wage from day one, and offer additional benefits such as birthday leave and flexible working.

In addition to prioritising the wellbeing of our employees, we are also committed to eco consciousness. We use sustainable, green cleaning products that are concentrated to reduce single use plastics and emissions. We also partner with other eco-conscious companies to provide consumable products such as bamboo toilet paper and FSC certified paper towels.

Safety is also a top priority for us. All of our cleaning operatives and managers receive thorough training on how to safely and effectively use equipment and cleaning materials. We are dedicated to maintaining and evolving these principles to create a healthier and more mutually beneficial experience for our clients and employees.
